The Way We Do Business

  1. Understand the Need. We work with management and key staff to identify problem areas and brainstorm solutions. In this stage, we work tirelessly to understand the direct business need as well as any interconnected technical or human resource areas, so that we may design a solution that will satisfy multiple constituencies.
  2. Develop a Solution. This process includes competitive market research, a study of best practices, and an iterative development/feedback cycle with top management to hone in on a complete solution.
  3. Implement and Train. The implementation process includes a presentation of the solution to the client and the solicitation of constructive feedback from management and key staff. During the implementation of technical solutions, we also train the client on the technical features of the solution and our consultants work with management to streamline business processes to optimize the financial and operational benefit of the new systems.

Oregon Music Hall of FameA proud promoter of music education, I'd been disappointed in budget cuts removing opportunities for kids in schools to get a decent understanding of music. Research has confirmed that music prompts greater connectivity between the brains left and right hemisphere and between the areas responsible for emotion and memory, than does almost any other stimulus. With that in mind, I've been determined to help champion the cause of promoting and sponsoring music education by the Oregon Music Hall of Fame.

Since 2005, I have served on the Board of Directors for The Oregon Music Hall of Fame (OMHOF), a non-profit organization that was created to help preserve Oregon's unique musical heritage. Our focus is to recognize and promote the legacy of exceptional Oregon musicians of the past, promote promising new Oregon musicians of today, and to enrich Oregon music education programs in order to train our musicians of tomorrow.
